Returns and Exchanges
Conditions
You can return your order for a full refund or exchange (excluding freight), on the basis of merchandise being sent back within 30 days of the purchase date, including an original Gabiano Tax Invoice, merchandise in original condition, packaging and tags.
We cannot accept product and invoices from other sellers of our product.
Once we receive your returned item we will endeavour to get in touch with you as soon as possible, but please note that all refunds are normally sorted on a Wednesday each week.
What do I do?
Gabiano Returns are as easy as 1, 2, 3...
- Package products securely (remembering to include the original Gabiano Invoice). Please treat the scarves with special love and care and avoid creasing and crumpling the scarves so that they can be returned to our stock looking brand new!
- Address your parcel to:
126 Hempstead Road,
- Send the parcel with your chosen carrier ensuring you get a tracking number. Please note, if using the original packaging then you will need to select a small parcel, rather than large letter – if the incorrect parcel size/weight is selected which then incurs a cost for us, we will deduct this amount off the refund.
Please note, if you use a combination of a gift card and a debit card for payment and then return the scarf, the refund will be put onto the gift card not refunded back to your debit card.
