What is the returns process?

You can return your order for a full refund or exchange (excluding freight), on the basis of merchandise being sent back within 30 days of the purchase date, including an original Gabiano Tax Invoice, merchandise in original condition, packaging and tags. Please see more details here.

Do you offer scarf Matching Services?
Yes we do! Send in photos of your outfit (or cotton/material samples), and our team will send through a range of suggestions to bring it all together! Gabiano Phone Number for messaging is 07388 251010

How long does shipping take?
Gabiano will dispatch your order within 2-3 working days, but normally quicker! Please do email us at concierge.euk@gabiano.com if your order is urgent, to ensure you aren't disappointed.

I receive your emails, but I can't seem to log in, what do I do?
If this is your first time logging in on the new website, please register as you would for the first time. If you have logged in on the new website and have forgotten your password, email us at concierge.euk@gabiano.com and we will reset it for you.

My gift card is valid but I can't get it to apply at the checkout, what do I do?

Firstly please make sure you are entering your gift card without any spaces between any of the numbers. Secondly, if your gift card number has zeros at the start, try entering it without these. If problems still persist you can write in the notes section at the checkout, "Please Apply Gift Card" along with the gift card number and we will refund the gift card amount.
If you are unsure if your gift card is still valid, or the amount remaining, please contact us at concierge.euk@gabiano.com with the gift card number and we can check for you.

I used a gift card to purchase all/some of my order but it looks like the full amount has been taken from my bank account, why is this?

As soon as orders are processed through our system, the bank pends the entire order amount. When we authorise and invoice your order we only authorize the remaining amount after your gift card has been applied. Until the purchase completely settles, your bank will continue to show the pending full amount, however once settled you will see that only the remaining amount after the gift card has been applied is charged to your card. This can take a few days depending on which bank you are with.
